They get an email with a one-time link (valid 24 hours). Opening it on their iPhone signs them into the Xpert AI app; afterwards they can always sign in again with just their email.

Each row is one signed-in device or browser. Revoking cuts that sign-in within about 5 minutes; the person can be re-invited any time. To change someone's role, use the picker next to their email above; it applies to all of their sign-ins.

Azure OpenAI keeps your data in the EU (incl. assistant-instruction generation). Included on paid plans via Xpert AI's EU instance, or bring your own resource below. Set to Azure OpenAI with user choice Mandatory to route all usage through Azure only.
Mandatory hides the model picker in the apps and enforces it server-side.
Azure OpenAI
Applies to your organization only. On paid plans, Azure OpenAI is included out of the box via Xpert AI's EU instance. Connect your own Azure OpenAI resource below to override it: your organization's Azure conversations then run in your own Azure tenant. Your API key is stored server-side and is never shown again or sent to the app.
